Hello. I was a member of this forum for years and this theme is one of my favourite. So i decide to write my zako variant.

1 - What is their attitude?
Evil. My Zako's are always the bad girls.
Some of them are professional criminals.
Some are just greedy girls looking to make a buck.
Some want to assert themselves and feel cool.
Either way, they are all greedy, lustful and promiscuous, some arrogant and evil, some self-righteous.
Some may have positive qualities but the negative ones always prevail.
Some zakos can be leaders of small groups of zakos usually the older ones.
All are women and all are very attractive. At the same time, most of them are weak, stupid, and not very skillful criminals. They believe that few people will dare to confront them, and if they are even arrested, they will easily get away with it because of their good looks. They are sorely mistaken.
2 - What are their uniforms?
Mostly silly scimpy uniforms. However, it depends on the conditions.
For example, when they kidnap people or rob a bank in the city they wear revealing outfits with lots of leather or latex: mid-thigh boots, leather shorts, leather miniskirts, tops, leather jackets, leather leggings, fishnet stockings with garters, latex miniskirts, latex corsets, high heels, bright makeup.
When they are transporting drugs or weapons on a yacht in the Caribbean or guarding a drug warehouse on a tropical island then bikinis or swimsuits are their choice. Either way they dress sexy and not very practical.
Zakos in my fantasies are usually of two kinds.
1) The first group are street criminals acting on their own initiative. Their uniforms are most often just the style of their gang.
2) The second group are the henchwomen of a crime boss or supervillain. In this case, they have a more standardized uniform, reflecting the perverted tastes of their employer.
3 - What weapons do they use?
Knives, baseball bats, pistols, submachine guns, shotguns and so on.
Street thugs have improvise weapons.
4 - How skillful are they?
I usually divide zakos into two groups:
Experienced criminals-usually women 30+ they are more skillful and may even be able to briefly resist the heroes or escape from them.
The second group are greedy young female criminals who consider their occupation “just a job”. They are not much disciplined, cowardly, when caught they will beg to be let go. Offer blowjobs or anal. The heroes will end their pleas with a couple punches and shut the lecherous assholes up.
Both of them prefer to hurt the innocent with their crappy skills but they can overpowered a pair of cops or bank guards.
5 - Do they survive?
The majority will survive. Maybe one or two will die, but mostly by their own stupidity. For example, in the story with the yacht one zako can fall overboard and will be eaten by sharks. In a bank robbery story, one zako might be shot by a guard or crushed by a car while trying to escape.
The majority will be beaten and arrested by the heroes or the police. They will whimper, beg for mercy, try to seduce the cops but the result will be the same. They will all be stuffed into a police van. The hero will mock them for the length of their future prison sentences. The zakos will be trialed and it will end with the zakos going to jail. At the end, we might see the sexy baddies in orange or striped prison uniforms. It would be funny if the hero found out about this from a newspaper or news site.
In general, I think the fetishes of “Zako” and “women in prison” are a perfect match. I am sure there is no better zako than a female criminal who has been released or escaped from prison. It would be great to reveal that part of their lives in the prequel.
6 - What is their age range?
From 18 to 40 years old.
Evil milfs are extremely hot.
May be two groups
1) First young girls.
2) Some more skilled female criminals with many criminal records.
7 - Are you interested in their background?
Of course, everyone has a brief biography. Maybe it's just a couple lines of text. In general, backstories are needed to show that the zakos are not just girls with guns, but real villains or at least just immoral individuals who think only about money and sex, if we are talking about newcomers. Zako in conversations among themselves discuss their many lovers/mistresses, their past crimes, their prison experiences (the older ones). Some may have children, but do not care much about raising them.
All of them care a lot about their appearance, many of them have had or are planning to have plastic surgery on their breasts or buttocks. Their beauty is their main weapon, as it allows them to bribe the judge and get off with a short jail sentence, or not go to jail at all. This makes the heroes incredibly angry.
A very interesting aspect would be to learn more about their personal and sex life. For example, some of the zakos are divorced, some are married, some have children, of course, each has lovers/mistresses, and some of the skins may be in love with each other. Some of them sexually satisfy their boss, usually in a rather kinky way. These zakos are usually thought to be the main villain's favorites, but to him they are just easily replaceable sex toys.
8-Scenes can be a variety of things.
1)The classic version with the zakos guarding the base I like very much.
But I think it's better when the zakos are not just guards, who may not even know what they are guarding, but when the zakos are active villains:
2) bank robbery
3) kidnapping
4) transportation of drugs and weapons.
This allows you to immediately identify the zakos as villains. Moreover, conversations between zakos only strengthen this effect.
5) Maybe the heroes will try to arrest a couple of zalos when they are not in the service of an evil organization and when the sexy villains lead an everyday life.

1 - What's their attitude?
My attackers are:
professionals: bountyhunters, detectives, cops.
heroes: vigilants.
First one
Reasonal task-performers: they have a mission , only fight with the zakos who got in the way or that they must to catch.
Second one
Avengers: personally hate the evil organization very much, though still focus on the mission. When they have the choice to kill a zako or just knock her unconscious, they kill them much more often. They can rape them and humilate.
2 - What's their gender?
Both male and female are interesting.
Male: at first glance, it looked like a tough guy was bullying girls, when you know the truth, the "girls" deserved it.
Female: more strictly professional than male.
3 - What type of equipment do they use?
Any type. Simple equipment is a testament of their skill, cuffs and chains for arrested zakos are very cool.
4 - What is their fighting style?
They can fight in styles that are "common" and "professional" in battles or assassinations.
The attackers have overwhelming advantage, so I don't like long fierce battles with the zakos.
