Most likely this "mod" is just a collection of mods stolen from this website and alike. The archive that you download from there does appear legitimate. The file list inside match the proper files and folder structure of Scarlet Blade mods, however, as expected the archive file is protected by a password. The password that you get only if you complete online cash survey.
