@Teacan: A PSD file is unlikely, because this is mostly a "cropping" task. The reference image is a single layer, and so the resulting SDT hairstyle uses only a single layer. If you wish to adjust the layering then you can do so by manipulating the PNG file itself -- you can carefully select a specific element (such as the bangs or ponytail) and then slide it to a different quadrant of the template.
