Tera - Nude Mods (4 Viewers)

I seem to have come across a way to always make the mods work. The following criteria must be met:

1) Naduron's mods are using the KR CBT version. You must download and put the .gpk in to the correct folder before any of the mods will work.
2) If you are making your own texture changes, update your .dds plugin to the latest version, encode your finished .dds in DXT-5, generate MIP maps. Also Photoshop seems to have a tissy fit if you have a selected area still active when you try to save the .dds file, so make sure to deselect before saving.
3) There is no way around changing the texture resolution from 1 to 2 and back again to get these to work. Until uMod figures out a better way to impliment these, we just have to live with it.

Naduron, can you confirm what changes you made to your client before modding?

*I assume you have NA version
*Have the .gpk's - Nadurons "Human Desensor", "Castanic Desensor", and "Elin Desensor" currently installed..
*Anything else?

I keep thinking a minor change is throwing off the texture references on a few of your texture mods (ie: something I dont have_

Used Korean at first and then switched to the Bikini [Template], not sure exacly when i switched :/

I know i used the korean for the casta plate at least and then i think i switched to the Bikini [Template] after i was done with those.


Most of the mods were made from the Bikini [Template]. :)

I take it back. I can get Castanic Leather 14 to work, but I can't get Castanic Leather 17 to work. Did you switch to the Bikini template between these two edits?

Dumb question here maybe, but does your character need to actually have that specific armor set already? Or do these mods just overwrite the default armor?

The short answer is yes, your character needs to be wearing that specific set of armor. You can't mix and match looks without hex editing.

For Naduron, I suggest you stick to the same base from here on. Its probably best for compatibility.

I can get some of your mods to work, but when I make my own from scratch, none of them work. I'm still experimenting, but man, uMod is frustrating.

Ya...Ok for those that seem to have everything working right (ie umod working correctly etc) but still no results the issue seems to be with what "pre-mods" you have. For instance, I had the base NA files and was getting nowhere. Once I put in the "Bikini Mod" for high elf then the High elf underwear started working (It also did not work with high elf decen mod). Maybe someone can make a list of what 'pre-mod' they have (Base Game files, Bikini, DeCen) and which mods are working for them and we can add that to the mod description on first page?

Edited - for all EU users: run umod as Admin and set the right texture level - works!

Nope won't work we'll have to wait for one of the Admins to see what they can do,sorry.
There should be a way to move posts around i just don't have those permissions.
