Thanks for posting these , are those mods in your second post or official costumes ?

They're not mods, with most of the recent SFV costume DLC if you hold up+LP+MP+HP+LK before a round starts it removes a specific part of the outfit (which is different depending on the outfit). The only ones it doesn't work for are the original, story and premium outfits.
