I believe they are either built into the Loader or to Dialogue Actions.

MG has also create a standalone mod for the Loader to do this.

I found a her masturbation mod, but it is static.

On forum people says that it worked with previous versions of SDT but not anymore.

Downloaded the mod, but I cant hear any of those moans.
