'g' and 'h' will do initial neck rotation (rotation when at start of movement).
't' and 'y' will effect how much that neck rotates for the end of the movement.
so if the neck stays at that angle when moving left/right, then use g,h
if the neck is normal when left, but moves weird when moving right, use t,y
if not, you will have to use g,h,t,y to adjust both starting and ending neck angle.
