Those injector does not work even toolkit I tried everything nothing works I did put it in the Paz folder run the tools still reads the failed list it happen were the game run there own patch online rest back were it was Black desert online.

I got it,My meta injector replaced all pac(include armors),but how to make it only repalces body mesh?

Tell me... Did you read ALL the threads related to mods (this and Resorepless) to search the answer to your problem before you ask here? Also, in your screen, there are many useless folders.. Did you think it can be a folder conflict?

yes I read everything with mods resorephess an I need is programmer or video fix this same problem they are having with the files. it does not say the same issues I am trouble files

Did you remove all folders except files_to_patch?

Placement of files in the paz folder
After placement, the first thing to do is
Right-click BDOToolkit Installer.exe and run it as administrator from the pop-up menu.
If the version does not match, you will get an error, but it will complete immediately if nothing happens.
After this, run Resorepless.exe
Next, run Meta Injector.exe
Finally, run Meta Patcher.exe
All of these should be run as an administrator.
If you are playing in NA, you do not need MetaPatcher.

If you do not use Resorepless, omit this execution.


In the files_to_patch folder
:\Pearlabyss\BlackDesert\Paz\files_to_patch\

In the character folder
:\Pearlabyss\BlackDesert\Paz\files_to_patch\character\

In the gamecommondata folder

I checked the animation extraction in the better Collada option.
I see in Maya that some kind of animation key is being used.
A red attribute mark means an animation key has been hit.
If I bind with this bone, the face may not be destroyed.
I don't have time today, so I will test it later.

Oh, did you manage to export animation data into any 3d software? :o
I did indeed like Undercover mentioned, replace one of my heads for an Anime-like head (Although it ended up extremely ugly so I discontinued that project) and all I ended up doing was weightpaint the facial parts to the correct bones as close as possible to the original head.
And facial animations do use bone movement and morphing to simulate it, which means it still worked for the new head as well.

No polygon mesh is generated by the character makeup in the game.
That is only morphing.
What is recorded is the movement values of the bones due to morphing in the character make-up created.

If you cannot extract the bones, it is because you are not using a bone file.
You need a bones folder with bone files in the same folder when extracting.
Each character is a different bone file.

Using Lahn as an example, the following is shown.

(pac_to_dae.dat)
PACtool.exe -c -refAllBones psw_00_foot_0034.pac bones\psw_01.pab
PAUSE

Today 11/30/2022 when the run there patch in the game all my mods went back having my character clothes back on it was working fine before the dumb ass patch soon when run the nude patch it crash when gets to the loading screen when shows my character.

The NPC mods were made a long time ago, so there have been some changes in the model modifications. Please delete the nhw_adult folder since the NPC in question is a human type.
I don't feel like investigating now, so deleting that folder will bring back the NPC's eyes, etc.

And the black paint on the maid's buttocks, I can't help you with that since it's painted by a different system. The original butts also have that black paint.
I guess it is a preventative measure to prevent some people from peeking at it from below.

thanks，after some dichotomy test and I found it's nhw_adult_rich_0014_nude_0001.pac，remove it and those two textures then everything right. but the valkyrie lost an outfit you edited. what a shame.

I think they need to update there nude mods they are very old
