If you're using sby's Loader Pack then moreclothing should already have been included and pre-configured. You shouldn't need to install or activate it separately. If you can see the contributors list then that usually means the moreclothing mod is working properly. Did you see any additional "loading progress" numbers (and various costume parts) flash past while the game was starting up?

If you've attempted to install moreclothing "on top of" the sby Loader Pack then that might be the source of the problem. I would encourage you to revert to the basic pack by re-extracting the ZIP file into a new folder.

If the problem occurs even in a brand-new folder then could you please provide a screenshot of the error message (and/or a stack trace)? You should be able to obtain this information by running the game in the Flash Player projector content debugger. It's available for download here, but you can also use the "play SDT Loader debugmode" shortcut provided by sby (it's inside the root folder of the Loader Pack).

Once we can see what's going wrong, we'll be able to provide some relevant advice about further debugging steps (or a recommended fix for the problem).

yes i did, 150 parts to be exact
and yes i am using sby's loader pack

Please provide a screenshot of this state.

If you're stuck at this point (unable to close or bypass the credits page) then there's probably a runtime exception which has prevented the game from proceeding normally. Please try to run the game via the Flash Player projector content debugger. You can download it here, but if you're using sby's pack then you should already have a copy of it (and a shortcut).

You don't need to crop your screenshots. Just press Alt+PrntScr to take a shot of the game window which automatically excludes everything else (such as the contents of your desktop, which you might not want to reveal). It's useful for us to see the game window because it allows us to spot obvious problems (such as "you're running the game in a web browser" or "you've opened the game menu when moreClothing hasn't yet finished loading").

Simply by looking at these two images, I don't see what's actually wrong. You're being presented with the credits page on the Loader tab. So what? The game appears to show the full set of tabs: Scene, Custom, Modding, Options, Loader, and X.

You should be able to click the X tab, which will close the menu and allow you to play the game normally.

You should be able to click the Scene tab which will allow you to change the girl's costume (and thus apply some of those 150 new clothing options which you've unlocked).

Within the Loader tab itself, you should be able to click the ◄ ► buttons in the lower-right corner to switch "pages". You'll then see controls related to animtools or other Loader mods.

If these things are not possible then please try to explain how or why. Give us some idea of which actions or steps you're taking, what you expect to happen, and what the game does (or fails to do) in response. Tell us about which version of the game (and Flash Player) you're using. Help us to reproduce the problem so that we can identify it and fix it.

keep in mind i am opening the menu when all clothing and mods load correctly
i use the arrows yes great but uh

The moreClothing GUI is the Scene tab. Go visit it. You'll find several new options within the various category selectors, after you've clicked the ► buttons repeatedly to skip through all of the standard items. New options for shirts, new options for shoes, etc. You'll also find two entirely new categories: Body and Body2 mods. These selectors contain toggle-able things such as wings, tails, alternate breast shapes, full-body freckles, tattoos, etc.

Next time that you encounter difficulty with SDT, please explain what you expect to happen in the first post. In this case we spent some time trying to identify and fix a software bug, but in fact no such bug existed and it was simply a misunderstanding about how the moreclothing mod works.

And please remember to provide full screenshots. Cropped screenshots are not ideal for troubleshooting.
