Basically is the same of some sort of Heels/Stockings Fetish. It may or may not be Zako, That's a different things.

It could have both element (if someone is wearing heel and repeatedly kill again and again) but it could just be people wearing heel in very suggestive photo...

There a guy in the comment section of that site saying he made the movie.

He claim the movie name is 处女任务 (Virgin Mission) it was made in 2019 and is a custom

He left his detail (Studio name and QQ contact) but i cannot verify the movie from any other source (I tried Baidu and Weibo) there are ads in Baidu with the same QQ advertise on Baidu for "Women Killing Men" movie custom and most of his post are advertisement or discussing movie with women Zako element.

So I think he either is a fraud (Because I found none of his work) asking for money and bailed, or he is simply too embarrassed to post his stuff online.

Maybe if you want, you or someone can contact the person directly, I am just uncomfortable contacting someone I cannot verify on QQ.

Thanks to you giving us the studio name, I managed to track down the studio and it turns out they have a youtube channel. While it's not the same movie as the screenshot you provided, it has the same models in the same outfits going by the same "organization".

Don't know if they are the same,

Because they are Taiwanese (Specifically Taichung according to the title) on the Youtube you posted, and the original video in question is from China, that part I am pretty sure (It's traditional Chinese vs simplified Chinese and different accents)

Another thing is Prop Guns or BB Guns are not allowed in Mainland China, the gun they used on the original movie is gel blaster (quite popular in China for a while now also banned) While the Black Rose Raid were using BB guns.

Honestly I cannot tell for sure they are the same. Also it worth mention in the original video, the girls were supposed to be cops (if forishome is correct), on Black Rose Raid, these girls are supposed to be spy.

Now, can they be produced by the same studio? Maybe, I mean custom can be tricky. I mean they can have production office in both side. But I don't believe the production origin are the same, based on my observation.

The title of the movie you post is called Black Rose Raid (If you translate it from Chinese to English) This is the same name of the fraction for the Deviantart people I posted the photo from and the Deviant people identify themselves as Mainland Chinese instead of Taiwanese on their Deviant. As far as I know this is the only connection, but then either one could have been a fan made movie. I don't know.
