League of legends edition (1 Viewer)

So sorry to ask such a noob question, but i have the loader and i got the Sdt file to work in adobe flash. I just cant figure out how to import any mods especially the league of legends one with it, the one thing i found that might have given me instructions i simply could not follow. Help would be greatly appreciated guys. Thank you.

this doesn't have the resources, as far as i know only the original uploader had them, but forgot to upload the bulk of the mod.
