Is there a way to make the hair stop moving? If there isn't I would like someone to make one, thanks.
I know I can shift+left click on the part of the hair to make it dissapear but JIll feels less complete this way.

I already explained him how to make one with paint.net, as I do not really see the point of wasting time drawing a SVG to make a static hair mod that already has a dynamic version. Also, I believe that a static hair mod will look odd in this postion.
