How to use mods? (1 Viewer)

Hey I'm new here and probably sound like an idiot but I've been trying all night to figure out how to use the mods. Specifically I've been trying to use the RWBY one here http://www.sdtmods.com/index.php?topic=2947.0 but am completely lost :P , am I misunderstanding that its even a mod or just completely derping here?

In the modding tab, there should be a button that says hair. You click that and choose which file you want to load. To load the character codes, you have to copy the code itself (not the file) and paste in the section labeled character code. Don't click on load code, it'll just load the existing one.
