How to set hairs and backgrounds to default? (1 Viewer)

Hi all, just wondering if there was a way to add hairs and backgrounds to the menus in-game so I can just keep scrolling past Chun Li's hair and see all my other hairs. Same deal with the backgrounds. Heard I could do this with moreclothing but I'm not having any luck
