I have two folders for SDT, one of which contains the latest version of the game, loaders, mods and what not. The other is the latest version of the game with no mods, loaders, or even settings.txt. Just custom chars and custom dialogue.
Well in my modded SDT folder I messed around with the settings a bit and everything seemed to work fine.
Then I realized there was no dialogue at all after I reopened it, even after I tried loading a dialogue.txt.
At the same time I am unable to change the settings, even after I replace them with the default txt files.
I tried getting a fresh copy of the game, old or not, and on first load it worked fine but the settings were the same. Closing it showed the same result.
