So I am kinda new to this, but it there any mod that allows clothes to rip apart?
like increasing the breast size so that the bra rips off?

There are no clothes that progressively or dynamically rip apart. However, I was able to fins some torn up character's cloths by searching for torn in the SDT downloads section including one generic cut up t-shirt.

You can request that someone make some destructible clothes by providing illustrated side view art of what the cloths should look like at various stages or drawing your own mock-ups.
