If you were to design the perfect guro dungeon, what sort of traps/enemies would you place in it?

I'm pretty specific on guro; I don't care for dismemberment, decapitation and spilled entrails. I'm for a ryona-themed guro, so any traps or enemies would be focused on the skewering, mutilation, or destruction of breasts, or the female genitals and anus.

Traps can be more specific; spear or spike traps that go up, and target one hole or the other. Mobs can be ordered or trained for the same, as in making called shots for a cunt bust. This is a common ordeal or fate for many of my heroines.

I'd want the enemies to be the sexy women and girls I can rape and kill my way through for loot and XP! Everything from low-level fodder to proud warrioresses and sorceresses, they all start off overconfident and under-dressed, and end up killed, usually humiliated, and sometimes deflowered.
