Went and saw Cowboys and Aliens, and setting aside that it was definitely worth a see in theaters, there is one short scene (about 10-15 seconds long) where there is a woman being disemboweled that I thought might be of some interest to the guro crowd.. As I said, it's short, and you don't actually see the area being disemboweled, just the movement of her upper body (she is alive, but in some state of shock). There are also some quick ryona actions with Olivia Wilde around the middle of the movie.
