I installed the mod, but the game claims I haven't updated since January 2020. Should I update it? Or would that overwrite my mods?

I have been actively playing the game, so it is up-to-date, but I tried to install the nude mods today and got this message.

If I don't run the patch, it says patch failed and I can't start the game.

did you delete the old backup meta file beforehand? If not, the mod with install with the wrong version.

This is the texture with the chest decoration removed.
The sleeves are not erased. You can remove them yourself.

I don't know what partcut you're using, so I can't give you a clear answer, but here's the file number.

When I remove the sleeve portion (the parts below the fur), I get the invisible upper arm. i don't know which portion of the body to remove from partcut.

EDIT: I tried removing those file numbers from partcut but still get the hole. Ive provided my partcut file.

It's a maid's uniform.
My answer to you is one post up.
Also, the partcut you're using seems to be the default, but you should try using the partcut I've uploaded to the Corsair thread.
Please verify the difference.
If you just copy and paste, you won't be able to deal with future problems on your own.

I replied to the wrong post, and I did use the ones you replied with. Simple misclick. The upper arm is back, but ALOT of non-costume armors have clipping issues.

My only real issue though is with my checkmate costume having some leg clipping. I need help getting rid of it and I've tried editing the partcut via lowerbody and foot sections respectively, to no avail. Additional help would be appreciated.
