here is an empty char file add this to files to patch to create the basic file structure for custom mod files and put other files in the appropriate place if you download a compresses file from other modders on this sit it will usually already be in this format and adding their files to your files to patch they would automatically add themselves to this folder

Where do i put the underwear files?

Put the underwear in files to patch/.reso/char/texture.
The folder you provided not sure how i get it to work with the patcher.

There is no such plw in the directory. Atleast in the original i downloaded.

add it should be 14_plw sry i took that structure from reporless and you are correct it was before shai

it was brought to my attention that the file structure post i made earlier did not contain characters shai and later i added most of the folders you should ever need and i will not post a zip file again that is not already in this format sry for the confusion

The skirt bones are different for each character.
You will need to rebind to suit your character

Polygon model has to be modified
For some characters, the skirt will not shake just by renaming the pac file.

I managed to make the folders, by removing starter shoes, However, the texture is still buggy. Downloaded the things from Suzu.
It worked like this even before i used Anything from this site, sometimes the reso patcher itself not even patching shai.
My char currently looks like this after i put everything in the correct folders.

Go to Suzu's thread Black Desert Naked mod and download the Partcutdesc.zip and put it in your files to patch/character file it looks like you have an older version with out the shai and make sure the texture files that are all yellow ending in AO are all 3 in your textuer folder

Downloaded it, installed it, and the same picture arrives with shai. Everything works. Except shai.

The game even crashes now at launch

that is not the partcutdesc from Suzu's page this is replace the one you have with this one and run MI again see if we got this figured out
save your old one to another file you will be able to use it if needed

I was kind of blind it seems, my eye just passed over that file, and i proceeded to put it into the patcher resouces. Shai work now. <3 Thank you a lot
