Thanks, that definitely addresses the issue of the game not launching reliably. Now I still have the issue of my settings not taking effect at all. Is this maybe because I don't have resorepless_latest_modifications.bin file in the patcher_resources folder?

You need to "Install" in resorepless after making changes to the settings, and restore a backup with meta injector and then patch again with meta injector.

- You are not using custom Files, go 4 step.
4. Run Meta Injector
Keep files and folders structures from the "files_to_patch" folder. (recommended)
5. 5 - Prevent File Re-check
Done.

i already kinda did that but i don't know where the backups are stored...i deleted all the files from the tools in the paz folder and reinstalled them but the backups aren't there

Just tried this but my settings aren't showing in-game. Am I missing something? Currently using:

For what ever reason, every single time i patch the mod in, i get this error. I Have no clue what is causing this problem..

Im geting the same thing Drulisa Just updated every thing as of today. Reaporles 3.6f meta 1.4.0 tool kit 1.3.0 restor n patch 1.2.1 US client Install step buy step as per page one of thread here. An read and tried about ever thing in the past twenty pages. It stopped working for me once it was more than just Reaporles and simple. Would love if it went back to the good old days.

It doesn't work for me. Every time I run BDO (without Restore N' Patch) like in the instructions, the game starts auto-patching and then finds an error and needs to repair. I followed every step aside from custom files since I don't have any custom files. I have everything up to date as well. I do not know what to do. If I do other things (like not run step 5 - "prevent file re-check") I get a file corrupt message upon hitting "play" in BDO. Any suggestions?

----UPDATE----
Nevermind! Got it to work using these steps above! I simply deleted my PAZ folder (thus eliminating ALL mods possible in there. Then let the game re-download the PAZ folder (so now it was untouched). Put in just: BDO toolkit, Meta Injector 1.4, resorpless vf then followed the mentioned steps above: run reso and install, run meta injector with let program decide (recommended), then prevent file-recheck. Everything works! Body sliders and even beauty salon is back and not crashing! Awesome!

Do I really need to redownload all 25Gb file? Is there any way to pass everything? I just need the slider on Beauty Shop work.... Need step by step....

File rechecks do not redownload all the files... It only redownloads those that mismatch, if you messed up, letting the file check go through is the easiest way to correct that.
"File is corrupt" errors that you get while the game is running and not in the launcher are caused by patching incorrectly or by restoring outdated backups.
