Right now it seems to dry up after a little while, there doesnt seem to be a setting that can make it stay white. Is there any way to change this?

You can use a mod. Try either a bukkake face mod or if you don't care about FPS, try strandlimitV3 under "Loader Imports." I use strandlimitV3 to fix my fps issues by cleaning things up quickly, but I'm sure you can set it so that nothing cleans up.
