Bought it, liked it. The plot is no less silly (in fact it got really ridiculous in the latter parts) but it's obvious someone's been cleaning up the text, it reads much better now.

The game mechanics are still very basic and the gameplay is easy, but I'm just glad to see some different art every once in a while. It's actually really well done, way beyond most if not all flash games, and beats many standalone or RPGMaker games. Besides, I like meteor/zeppelin tits!

There's reasonable H variety, but not that much for us with an appetite. If you're into what's on offer though, the art and animation won't disappoint. I also like that the H is a reward, not a punishment.

Also, buying a game has never been this easy, and is rarely this cheap. I was going to wait for opinions to form, but at $7 and instant access I couldn't resist.

See I like when the H is a punishment. The challange involved with making the punishment be a good thing though comes from the difficulty/payoff. If the game is legitimately difficult but offers something in return for your progress, it makes me WANT to progress. If its difficult the enemies become a real threat to my progress. I still get something for losing which is awesome when it's not the ONLY thing you get in the whole game.

Examples of both sides using the Marimo games.

I loved Legend of Kokage. To get all the CGs and the bonus level you had to get a high score. And the game brought a certain difficulty with it. Enough difficulty to gate me from progressing until I got better and figured out the strategies. It was the exact same satisfaction I got from playing old arcade games. Also, to get the best score you couldn't just start on a level near the end of the game. You had to clear several stages before losing and I kept trying to push my score higher and higher to see what different CG I got when I finally lost, I didn't even have to lose on purpose. It made me want to attempt beating it straight through and IIRC the CG's you got for losing were based on the level you were on or boss you were fighting anyway and not the specific enemy that finally did you in. I had all the level specific CG's by the time I beat the game and only had to backtrack for 2 bosses. To me, it was perfect.

And on the complete opposite end of the spectrum we get Splatter Beach. The only reward you get is from losing to MOST of the enemies in the game. Not all the enemies had their own game over screen, and there was no way to even tell. You sit there for 5 minutes waiting for this thing to finally kill you, and then, "Surprise! You get nothing!" Compounded with the fact that the game was so easy to beat I had to go find each enemy and die on purpose. All I get at the end was a level select and the sprite gallery. One makes my grind for CG's slightly less tedious and the other shows me all the different animations I already had to subject myself to on purpose. Pointless, tedious, and unfun.

To keep this post somewhat on topic. If Xenotake could step up it's difficulty so the aliens were a threat to me it would easily be one of my favorite games. It has rewards for progress, and an amusing story line that kept me playing it all the way through. Then when I beat it what did I get? A gallery for all the aliens that I don't have to go back to die on purpose to to see what they do. And don't get me wrong the lack of punishment/game over scenes for each monster doesn't detract from the game for me, even if that's the stuff I like, simply because you unlock that gallery at the end and those grab animations are not the ONLY h content in the game. My reward was getting everything the game had to offer without all the tedium that similar games like to force onto you. Good enough for me!

TL;DR I'm picky and I've come to the realization I think far too deeply about pornographic video games.

Maybe I'll play Xenotake again without using any armor packs. That sounds fun.

From what I've seen there seem to be only abominations as enemies in this game, or are there some human enemies as well?

Nope just aliens. It makes more sense as the aliens are the enemy, but I also think maybe some human enemies would have been nicer.

Hey guys, this might be a dead post but I wish someone would reply to me. It says that I have to take a survey to get a password but there's nothing to choose. So if anyone of you help me out with the password, you made my day.

You cannot make choices because the poll is closed.
A password for what?

As long as you give as more detailed information about your problem I doubt anyone can help you.

This sounds like one of those piracy sites that make you jump through hoops to get a password. SPOILER: THEY NEVER GIVE IT TO YOU (probably because they never had it, it's just clickbait)
