I dont know if it's coming to PC. I heard this DLC isn't that great though.

This is DLC. The death scenes are (as the name of the utub3 file shows) from Lost in nightmares. So far there is no information about PC version of this addon. It is fact that Capcom released the PC version of RE5 about 6 months after the console version release. Maybe the same will happen with the addon, who knows...
It seems that the DLC is pretty short. There are few new monsters, same gameplay, few new outfits for the main chars and new characters for mecenary mode. The DLC is not as long as the game. Whoever is interested to see more, there are enough videos in utub3.
