I honestly have to say I blame my ex for this deep...feeling for this series' characters
Tokyo Mew Mew is the series, and the character I want to see the most is the main character, Ichigo Momomiya

Here are a whole lotta reference pics, a few from the side,
and if anyone could make the tail with the bow (although I know swf tails already exist, so it isn't that important) that'd be cool too

The other things is, if the hair was dynamic, and the ears twitched or something, that would be amazingly cool, but its literally just an idea that popped up in my head not a minute ago.

Ok, I'll do that soon. The thing is... I did NOT draw the part of the tail that it's below the accessories... :P What you see is actually 2 objects for the tail with 2 different animations, one for the end and another for the rest, but there's nothing in the middle, you just can't see it. This gives more realism to the tail's movement. I will make a version of the tail without the accessories, but its animation will be a bit more "stiff" than now.
