Tera Hands Files Wont Convert? [RESOLVED] (1 Viewer)

I have had no problems loading any other files but these ones I can't seem to get them to work, I have tried 3 different methods of getting the files converted and all the ways I have tried are failing, it's strange to because my computer can even load up a thumbnail image preview for the .dds [DXT3] so it seems like it shouldn't be having this problem. If anyone knows a way of converting these Hands .dds files can you please share your method with me, I'm trying to create a whole new armor set with completely revamped textures.

I found a program that could handle it pretty quick after posting this sorry for the trouble. Oh yeah if anyone else has this problem the program is called DXTbmp.
