request for tutorial - adding one's own MP3 files (1 Viewer)

Can anyone FINALLY make a freaking tutorial about how to add your OWN MP3 files, how am I supposed to add whatever voice I want? Where the hell am I supposed to drag the MP3 files I have to download?? What’s so hard about finally making a tutorial for this, no one explains it anywhere. No matter where I drag the downloaded MP3 files, it just doesn’t work
