Check your gamecommondata folder. Inside /customization, witch should be folder 31.
You can edit the min/max values for breasts and hips etc.
Since those lines repeat several times in the document, I advise you to do use the "replace all" function to speed up the editting process (careful not to replace things you dont need to replace). Alternatively, search for "gamecommondata" in these forums and download the latest file you can find, it should have all the classes in it.

the max values ?
If I understand correctly, the shapes will change between the min and max value. For instance, if it goes between 0.5 and 1, each tick of the mouse will move the shape 1 click for instance. If the range is between 0.5 and 10 (10 times the range), then each tick of the mouse will move the shape 10 clicks, preventing the fine adjustments you're refering to ?

If you use notepad+, there is a function to replace values in all opened documents. I open everything then proceed to change the values in batch. Make sure to only change what you need because it will be very tedious to find what you changed that you shouldn't have :p

Download paz_browser.
You can find anything you need.
New outfit code is *_10_*_0074.
I guess maybe the hairstyle affects certain accessories, I'm not sure.

if you followed the steps as indicated, it should work :P
could also be wrong body ? Does that outfit hide the body of other classes as well ?
We're all just guessing here because of the vast amount of info you provided us to help with your troubleshooting

Has anyone tried to mod the new badakka outfit? I am experiencing hole problems. I tried to add UB and LB pac to partcutdesc.xml
PKW_UpperbodyHair and PKW_LowerbodyHair sections but it didn't fix the issue. Any advice is appreciated
