I tried replace.bat but I get this (even as administrator):

I have never seen such an error display.
Maybe your security settings are causing the error.
Try not to block the execution of replace.bat or replace_dat.exe.
However, I don't know what you should do.

Perhaps if you change the name of the batch file, the error may not occur.
It sounds silly, but on Windows it can be blocked by name.
