I tried it myself, but it was too difficult for me to change the texture files of several types.
I attached the mod for Vert's Princess Dress that I challenged.
This will only change the normal texture quality mode, not the lower one.
And I diverted the texture for Re;Birth1 to this. I thank the original creator.
1. Extract the .7z file and copy resource\masterWin64\GxArchivedFile055.dat there.
2. Then, when you run mod.bat, GxArchivedFile055.NEW.dat is created.
3. Overwrite the original file with that file.
You can modify the MDL/MDLX model with the following tools.
The above three are add-on scripts for blender 2.80 or later, and the other is a modification program.

Modify the model imported into Blender with io_import_compile_heart_mdlx.py and export the modified part with io_export_mesh_for_modify_mdlx.py.
Then, specify the exported file with modify_mdlx.exe option -c to apply the changes to the model file.
Only meshes can be modified using these tools.
