morecumspurtsV5 trouble (1 Viewer)

I am having trouble loading this mod when I add I get the error "morecumspurtsV5 SET: morecumspurtsV5settings.txt not found" I do in fact have that txt file in with the mod but doesn't wanna work. Any ideas what might be the problem?
