After a bit of google-fu, I think these screenshots are from Rule 34, and looking in the comment sections of the other SDT screenshots uploaded by jimmy_jammer I think that this is most likely a mod they made themselves.
Your best bet is probably to just ask them if they'd be willing to release it.

yeah i did that but wanted to be sure i wanted to know if it was publicly released
