A few interesting notes from Star crash, the mind probe scene was shot however the lighting was too bad to use it. The original script has a lot more interaction with the amazons and a 'lazer sword' fight at the end. The script mentions amazon body piles. The final battle with the amazons was scrapped by Corman who wanted the stop motion robot and space fight scene instead to be more in line with star wars. I have the original script somewhere, and there is a book about the making of the film. I wish it was shot how the original script was. Would have been a holy grail of zako.

EXT - PLANET
They run through the rocks, while some Amazons follow
after them.

L
I've used up the energy in my gun.

Stella points to some rocks nearby.

STELLA
Over there. Maybe there's shelter...

They climb up, while the enraged Amazons get very close.
One jumps on Stella, grabs her and starts fighting with
the girl. L joins in. Together they subdue the Amazon.
Stella gets up just as another Amazon aims at her with
her long knife.

AMAZON
Die!


But it's actually the Amazon who dies, hit by an energy
ray. L and Stella turn, surprised to see Akton coming to
meet them followed by Thor, both handling ray-rifles.
Their ship stands above the rocky creek.
Easily, Akton and Thor kill most of the Amazons, while
the few surviving ones flee. Stella and L re-join their
two friends.

All the amazons in the mind probe room were to be shot but the lighting was so bad they re-filmed the scene with L just grabbing the queen and backing out. There is some photos of the queen defeated from the scene that surfaced.

god, this sounds like it would have been a FAR better movie than we got. instead, they are kept to one short portion of the film, unfortunately. just the few that get killed/beaten up when L is shot, and the 3 that get shot in the hallway after escaping the queen's throne room.
