Frankly, I'm surprised that Bismarck and Atago haven't been done already. They're probably the bustiest boat waifus in the game. Plus, who doesn't dig Bismarck's Kriegsmarine officer cap? Ideally, swf of their hair and clothes, but regular png is fine, though don't let that stop you from making a swf

You need to post side-on reference images or the artists have difficulty constructing the mod.

Bismark's positioning is more useful than your Atago image but not by much.
