How to tell where you access a mod in-game? (1 Viewer)

For reference I'm using the SBY loader pack. I have ExtraMod included in my $INIT$ mod loading.

I'm just curious how I'm supposed to know where in the game menu I can access a mod that I'm importing.

I'm trying to load this: https://www.undertow.club/downloads/classy-eyebrows.8480/

I go to the Modding tab, click Swf import, and choose the .swf file. It shows up in the top right in green text as if it successfully imported, but the eyebrows don't appear on my character. They also don't appear in the Brows picker on the Custom tab. Am I doing something wrong?

The mod types are BodyHead and CostumeBrowPiercing. Can I use that info to determine where something would be accessible?

Just wanted to come back and update. One of my existing mods must have been conflicting with the classy eyebrows mod. I tried a fresh install of the loader (with no additional mods outside of the loader pack) and it worked. So I imported the mods I wanted one by one and verified the eyebrows still worked.
