how to download the mods... (1 Viewer)

hey this is probably the easiest thing to do but i cant really figure it out...but could i get help on how to download the mods in the first place?

-> What mod are you looking for?
-> Are you having trouble finding mods?
-> Are you having trouble loading mods through the loader?
-> Do you have Modguy's loader?

i dont know if this is his problem but for me im new and would like to know where i can get these mods and how to put them in the folder i saw a post before but i was still confused wondering if someone can help me out
