What command is it in the settings that makes her recover faster from passing out? (or is ther one?)

I'm using deepthroatactionsV2 mod that makes her pass out too fast so I changed :

passOutMax
breathLevelMax

to higher, but now it takes forever for her to recover from passing out

You're changing the maximum value within which she recovers from being passed out.
Simply reduce the max for passOutMax to achieve what you want.
To increase the total time she can hold her breath, increase breathLevelMax.
