Help with the mod loader (1 Viewer)

Whenever I try to open up the loader.swf, it gives me this message

Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2035: URL Not Found.

When i open up the HTML.html, its just the regular game with no loader in it. Please help.

Did you use Keys.swf first?
Try reading the guide.

I fixed the problem with the message error, but now when the game loads, the white tab for the mod menu doesnt show up, just the little heart.
