So, somewhere during the install of many mods the "Character Voice Enabled" setting was set to auto enable every time I open SDT and the best part is it doesn't disable when I set it to disabled so I have to hear the ear-grating, terrible voice.
I've looked everywhere to turn this setting off on startup and can't find it.
Please help. Thank you in advance.
Edit1: Okay, so found out the Loader is loading in the custom dialogue and I can get it to stop by pressing the reset button next to the Custom Dialogue section. Now, I just need to figure out where it is loading it from so I can turn it off on default.
