I'm thinking about a live action movie, probably a UK production, looks as though it was made in the 1960-1975 era.
It was screened many years ago when I was still a kid and not allowed to watch late night TV, so I only got to watch a minute or two. Since it was on regular TV I assume it is not a marginal production by some semi-porn studio.
It has a scene near the end that features lots of fanservice. There is a fire or some kind of emergency going on in the back. A man is trying to move an incapacitated woman (probably to safety), but he winds up undressing her as he drags her around. Lots of pantyshots and a hapless sexy female body, almost like Agent Aika.
I know my description is not much, but I really do not know even part of the title or plot.
