Help - how to i install the blendoverlay mod (1 Viewer)

How do i install the blendoverlay mod? I really want to use it but i have no clue how to do it.

1. Copy blendOverlay.swf and blendOverlay.as and overlay.jpg to your /Loader/Mods/$INIT$/ folder.
   1.1 To change the overlay replace overlay.jpg with a 700 x 600 image
2. Copy blendOverlay.txt to your /Loader/Settings/ folder.
   2.2 To change the overlay mode edit blendOverlay.txt to any of the options found in Notes.txt
3. Run the game.
