You don't need admin rights to visit the Adobe website. You don't need admin right to download the flashplayer_26_sa.exe file. You don't need admin rights to run the flashplayer_26_sa.exe file.
If it causes problems for whatever reason, then you can find older versions of the Flash Player projector application bundled into Loader packs, such as the one created by sby.
