Fallout 3 [Bethesda Game Studios/Bethesda Softworks]
Released In: 2008
Platforms: PC, PS3, Xbox 360
Genre: Action RPG
Ryona:
The game itself lacks the quality of a ryona game, like horrible damage voices, characters that look like a deformed donkey, and average outfits.
Where the game truly shines is the mods from the community. This article will take into account mods for fallout 3(some of the stuff can apply to Oblivion too cause it is also mod-able.
The actual gameplay basics:
- Characters have body parts that can be damaged(head, arms, legs, torso(I think?)). If the enemy hits one spot many times, that part of the body will be broken. If the head is broken, then you have the occasional blurry vision and eerie sounds.
- If your leg parts are broken, the character will limp.
- Characters do not have a hit animation, unless the torso part of the body that is broken is hit then there will be a chance your character will stagger. Also, when a body part is broken, your character will play a hurt animation depending on which body part it is.
- Mobs can consist of many things, humans, mutants, bugs, etc.
- Weapons that can be used against your character(and your enemies), laser weapons, rifle, machine gun, chain gun, some melee weapons.
Customization:
- Customizable body type, there are mods that improve the looks of your characters(hair, face, body).
- Customizable voice damages(if you have oggs (or wav but you have to convert them to ogg) formats, you can replace the in-game character voices with your custom voices or other voice packs that people made.)
- Wide range of costumes and armor(from modding communities, you can find armors of Samus Aran blue suit, Lightning's FFXIII suit, maid suit, and a bunch of others.)
- Gameplay can be modded, different monsters, different weapons, etc.
