Eye layering (1 Viewer)

Is there a way to make an .sfw or other import that allows me to import a graphic under her eyes?
I:E, I want to give Sawyer those sunken in, dark eyes she has. The way it's done with hair-imports makes it very inconsistent when she blinks.

First pic is how it looks now, when not doing much, it looks okay, but when she closes her eyes like that, it gets inconsistent, like this.
