deselecting entry boxes (1 Viewer)

After selecting any entry box, instead of automatically deselecting after ENTERing, it continues to capture all keypresses. Sometimes I can free it by tabbing at random, but this is incredibly frustrating when trying to work with both text entry and hotkeys. There's got to be a quicker and easier way get hotkey controls back.
