Danger? (1 Viewer)

I downloaded a few animated backgrounds from SyntaxTerror yesterday (as well as a bajillion static ones), and Chrome prevented me from downloading two of them, Kim Possible 04 and Immoral Sisters 02, saying "This file is dangerous, so Chrome has blocked it."

What's going on here, may I ask?
