something like this would be great.
Look, folks - there are many tasks that would need to be done before this mod could be released:
- obtain usable Reference artwork
- vector-trace the artwork
- note: "make it fit the SDT visual style" is implied here. If you run an auto-trace script on an actual photograph of a dog then you've missed the point
- separate the vectorized artwork into overlapping pieces (e.g. head, abdomen, paws) so that they can move independently during animation
- assign the new artwork pieces to appropriate positions within the SDT visual hierarchy (re-using the HIM hierarchy as much as possible)
- the modder would need to make a decision here - whether to reimplement the limbs in digitigrade form, or just reuse the old code and treat the whole tibia-to-tarsus section as rigid
- investigate the IKController code - we may need a second IKController to allow a "grasping" behaviour for the forelimbs (especially if the tween calls for her hips to move)
- alternatively, dig into the recent Animtools code additions. We might be able to use the "his arm control" feature to move both forelimbs in unison ... but IIRC that code includes a few hardcoded constants (which might not be suitable for a quadrupedal skeleton)
- package the art assets and ActionScript into a single SWF file; test it for stability and compatibility
- use Animtools to fine-tune the tweens and some of the bodyContact behaviour. Establish a basic scene template for use with the mod
- use Animtools to create a few position variants (e.g. "quadrupedDoggystyle_HERallFours_HIMpawsOnHips" or "quadrupedDoggystyle_HERfaceDownAssUp_HIMpawsOnWaist")
- look into potential bonus features, such as
- bodysize adjustment
- tail wagging
- panting and/or tongue flopping
- blinking
- respiration
The key point is that this:

This is a
niche request. It would require a fair amount of work to do it properly, and there are only a handful of people who understand the SDT codebase well enough to try.
I certainly wouldn't make the attempt if I thought that I'd need to do everything myself. Aside from the basic
spite angle ("if they can't be bothered to read the rules or put in any effort then fuck 'em"), I'm not terribly eager to explain why the phrase
"side view image of canine penis" appears in my Google search history.
There's a much larger set of people who could manage the "butt monkey" implementation -- a repeating MovieClip which fits into the scene visually, but which doesn't really interact with the game mechanics (pleasure, penetration depth, resistance, ejaculation, dialog triggers, etc). But here's the surprising bit: these guys would
also benefit from the aforementioned prep work! It's much easier to setup an animation loop if you just need to stretch and rotate a few vector shapes into keyframes (instead of drawing/tracing everything from scratch).
If you want to see this mod happen (
regardless of whether you're looking for the quick version of the full version), then go track down reference images. Or post sketches which might become Animtools positions. Or vector-trace some reference artwork. Or steal assets from some other porn game and pretend that you made them yourself. But please
don't just Βump the thread and expect results.
