Drooling is a built-in behavior of the game. The game tracks the amount of cum in the girl's mouth; the drool operation decrements the variable while generating visible strands.

Ejaculation during a deepthroat does not increase the her.cumInMouth variable. It's assumed that the stuff just disappears down the girl's esophagus into the her stomach. Therefore it isn't eligible for drooling.

Not directly.

You could write a new Loader mod (which causes deepthroated cum to be deposited in the mouth).

Or you could experiment with sby's breastExpPlus mod. breastExpPlus tracks the contents of the stomach, and adds a puke operation, which moves it from the stomach into the mouth.
