Due to the mechanics of SDT, the kneeling character's mouth has certain graphical limitations. If you use sby's mods to extend the cock-scales, just be aware that you will incur ripping /seam exposure in Her jaw. I have tried to control this to the best of my abilities, but give the girl some credit. A flared head like that would fuck most people up for a long time. ;)
There is enough play in the sliders to make it plenty big enough to represent an equine member, in the scale of SDT bipeds--feel free to tweak it, there is some wiggle room, but not much!
