this shows the variable 'herPleasure' used inside the mod 'DialogueActions' for things like [MASTURBATE_ON]
if dialogactions is not loaded, the counter will be hidden

I have this mod installed along with the femalemasturbate V1 mod but the number doesn't go up even with pressing L to activate masturbation
